But with VGBMichael more than a day late delivering his collection and still one judge unaccounted for (unfortunately, the one who makes the prize trophies!), it seems like this contest is well and truly dead. Very disappointing.

VGBMichael, if you'd like to submit a collection, then we can wrap this one up once I've been able to gather a full contingent of judges.
Afterwards, I think we'll have to make some changes to the way the contest works before trying again.

Well, it's been about two weeks and I've only gotten a response from one of the three other judges. Given that, and given that VGBMichael posted his collection over a month late, I think it's only fair to declare learningtimebuster the winner of this contest. Sorry it's taken so long to make this call! Congratulations, learningtimebuster! To the winner go the spoils... Here is your trophy, and with it comes the coveted title of Iron Splicer: Sentret! I am ready and willing to be like "hey let's do this" if I can get three volunteers to judge and two volunteers to splice. Of course, if we want trophies for the winners, lavatarorigin has to be attached...
