I am considering re-organizing my sprite sheets. I am not super familiar with all pokemon by name/appearance. So I have to use bulbapedia a lot to figure out a general location for some sprites.
Ideally I want one photoshop file with layers that correspond to the front, back, shiny, and shiny back. If other people wanted them I could output them to 4 different png files.
What I'd like to know is - are there standardized shiny pokemon sprites? - I keep finding different colored sprites.
Is there an organization system anyone can think of that would work? - I thought about making them 10 per row so that I could find them by number, but then how do I deal with pokemon with different sprites for sex or whatever?
Or am I making this all too difficult on myself and should just keep using them the way I am?

Spriters resource is also.. A good... Spriting resource. Hehe
