Post your splice here, and I'll try to help you out with how to make your splices a bit more awesome? I guess.

scolipedesplices so you would be using the cleaned version to splice with larger Pokemon? I used to be able to do it easily in the new MS paint you can make a line and then move the whole line. Can't do that with the version I have right now, which sucks. Had to use Paint.net. Yes. With the newer version of MS Paint, I'd be okay with doing that. I did with a Glaskull sprite I did recently. It's a matter of scaling and then cleaning the edges. Getting the outline not too thick in places, and the shading right would allow the scaled portion and non-scaled portion to match. The Duskull portion was scaled up to 2x to fit better with the Glalie facemask.

It just seems a bit off to me, since the outline in some places is so much bigger. Since we're working with pixels, if you enlarge them, then the pixel units become bigger.
But if this works for you, then that's great!

GIF maker: picasion.com/make a gif of up to 10 images long you can control how big the resulting image is and how fast it goes. A gif is a set of images (jpeg, png, etc.) that goes from one to the other (like in a slideshow) it then repeats at the beginning. I took Rapidash and Braviary and made a image for each part of the gif. 1-2-3 For the gif I added another 2 after 3. 1-2-3-2
