Type-Specific Community Splice! Electric-type started!!

A new community splice thread with a twist! You're only to splice in pokemon from the same type as the rest of the splice. Using the Random Pokemon Generator, I will generate 2 pokemon of a specific type, then the next person will do the same, adding this pokemon to the first splice!
(There's a little drop down box where you can specify the type of the pokemon. It can be either the primary or secondary type of the pokemon, I don't mind)

Rules: (new rules shown in bold)
-Claim the next spot before you even start splicing. This will avoid confusion.
-You can only claim once per community splice. (Unless its slow and nobody has claimed)
-Post your splice with the original size and a x4 larger image. Also, say which Pokemon you added.
-After 10 Pokemon have been spliced (counting the first two), splice will be finished, and the next one started.
-You may use sprites from any Generation 4 or 5 games.
-If you get the same pokemon that's already been spliced in, refresh until you get something that hasn't been added.
-Don't flip the main splice. You may flip your randomly generated pokemon to fit the main splice, but leave the community splice in the same way throughout.
-Don't entirely take out the only features from one of the Pokemon that was previously added in.
-Try to keep the same base, rather than just taking a few features of the Community Splice and putting them on a new Pokemon.
